All prices on www.persiennbutiken.se and persienner-online.se are listed including 25% VAT.
Payment Methods
Card Payment
We offer payment with the most common types of credit cards. We use PayPal and Stripe to handle our payments. If you already have a registered PayPal account, you can easily use it. Otherwise, you will be asked to provide your contact details and create a new PayPal account. This is completely free, and if you do not wish, you can treat it as a one-time registration for the current purchase. Buyer protection is another important reason why paying via PayPal is secure and convenient.
Invoice for Private Individuals
This payment method is not currently available. Since most orders involve custom-made and specially manufactured products, payment in full is required before we can begin production. Unpaid orders are not processed.
SWISH
Payment via SWISH can be made to our company number 123 596 4192 (ATW Handelspartner HB).
Invoice for Companies
For our corporate customers, we offer the option to pay by invoice. An invoice fee applies. We reserve the right to deny invoicing without providing specific reasons. Customers must be approved by us for payment by invoice.
Delivery Methods
We mainly ship our deliveries through Schenker. Upon delivery, we send you a tracking number that allows you to follow your order. We reserve the right to adjust or change shipping options for an order if needed to optimize delivery quality.
Delivery Time
The normal delivery time is 14 days. During peak seasons, delays may occur. You will be informed of the planned delivery day when placing your order. In many cases, delivery time may be shorter than stated above due to lower workloads.
Warranty
Persiennbutiken provides a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use of our sun protection products. We also offer assistance with any issues after the warranty period has expired. You can contact us for tips and spare parts to fix minor issues yourself, saving you the cost of hiring expensive professionals. If you need to replace several components in your sun protection products, we offer all spare parts conveniently via our website at favorable prices.
Right of Withdrawal
Since all our products are custom-made and specially manufactured according to the customer's instructions, we cannot offer any exchange or right of withdrawal once production has started.
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
According to the Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act, the customer always has the right to withdraw their purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods without providing a specific reason. If exercising the right of withdrawal and open purchase, you as the customer are responsible for return shipping. Please note that under Section 4 of the Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: "A product that cannot be returned due to its nature or which deteriorates or becomes too old quickly". Examples include custom-made goods such as awnings, blinds, pleated blinds, etc.
Wrong Color on the Product?
Please note that a color displayed on a computer screen, smartphone, tablet, etc., may not always match the actual color. This is due to several factors, such as screen settings. We disclaim responsibility for the fact that the image of the product may not always match the delivered product despite the same color code. The product's appearance may also deviate from illustrations on our website as product development occurs continuously, and certain products may change design or appearance before the website information is updated with new information or images.
The right of withdrawal and open purchase for 14 days applies only to private individuals. If you are unsure about which goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal and open purchase, please contact us.
When exercising the right of withdrawal and open purchase, the following applies:
- Notify us at info@atw.se within 14 days and return the order as agreed.
- The product must be in unchanged condition, i.e., unused, not damaged or broken.
- Return the product in its original packaging or container.
We will charge the customer for any additional costs incurred for incomplete returns or may not accept the return. No packages will be accepted for cash on delivery.
