When you place an order via our online store, it is registered in our system and forwarded to our production department. Materials are reserved, and production is scheduled in the order the orders are received. Production starts as soon as we have available capacity, which typically means a start time between 1-3 days.

You may cancel your order provided that production of your order has not yet started.

If production has already begun, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the paid amount or invoice you to cover material and labor costs for the part of the order that has already been initiated.

You can, of course, request that the partially manufactured products/materials be delivered to you in their current state of production. Shipping costs for such partial delivery will be charged according to the standard shipping rates and will also be covered by the paid/invoiced order amount.
